We ship to the shipping address provided by you, and we are not responsible for missing or lost orders due to incorrect shipping address provided.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped with tracking and the delivery time is 10-14 days.
Niluh Jewellery is not responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes charged upon arrival, nor any delays or damages occurred during transportation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, if the item returned is unworn and in the condition received. Please note that earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygienic reasons. For returns or exchanges, please contact info@niluh.com.
